Vintage Fisher Price Snoopy Pull Toy Dog #181

Sniffer beagle from 1961 called Snoopy whose tail wags as it makes that familiar clackity clack noise while pulled or pushed. It's missing its pull leash and one of its paws is broken yet is still attached and working. Also both ears are missing.
