Vintage Finley White Lace Maxi Skirt w/Scalloped hem, 2 side slit zippers

Skirt is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! This skirt would be perfect for any formal occasion. Being vintage it does still measure a size 8 or a small Unfortunately was too tight on my daughter :( Fully lined with beige colored fabric. Side zippers can go as high as you like, or not at all. Lace is white with silver threads. Gives it a little pop in light! It does say stretch twill, but the lining isn't stretchy. The newer skirts do not say stretch twill on tag Waist= 28" Length= 38" Reposhing this item I purchased from @annaconda. Questions? Leave a comment below!
