From what I could find out, I believe this jacket is circa 70's-80's. It is polyvinyl and women's size 20 I believe this has never been worn. I found it in my grandmothers closet There are a few flaws. Please see the last 3 pictures. Button up and comes with a belt Nice deep pockets
