Beautiful floral design with gold trim Royal Grafton Made in England Great for display Maybe you know someone with the matching teacup! I think the design is called "Floral Sprays" or "Pale Blue Rose" 5-1/2" diameter My Grandmother had lots of Bone China all over her home from England trips. I know it's vintage! Absolutely NO flaws!
