resell_therapy @olive0021 Is there a little switch on the plug? I had a few of these so I’m not positive if I just plugged this one in , or if it’s the one with a switch on the plug. You know the kind you just use your thumb to turn on.

resell_therapy @olive0021 I can imagine what happened, it was working beautifully before. Unless it was somehow damaged in shipping. If it won’t work you’ll need to open a case thru posh, and they will take it from there.
