Vintage Fetish Garter Belt From 1998-1999

1998-1999 Black fetish garter belt. 58% polyester, 42% polyamide. Condition (considered in pricing): Fully functional, but outer shell/top layer skin has wrinkles & cracks throughout entire piece. Some severe cracks are open & top layer is peeling off. Almost looks like the imperfections are intentional to create a certain look (e.g. zombie stripper costume).
