Vintage Ferman O'Grady Dress

Vintage 1950's champagne beige lace Ferman O'Grady party dress was worn by my grandmother at my mother and father's wedding in 1959. To my knowledge that is the only time it was worn. Measurements: shoulders 15" (from shoulder to shoulder), bust 32", waist 28", hips 40"; waist to hem 26"; shoulder to waist 16". My guess is that it is a size 6-8. I wear a size 10 and I can't get it pulled over my hips.
