Vintage Fancy Initial Necklace

Fancy initial medallion necklace. Silver tone metal. Brand is “Rhine” and stamped on backside. Unsure of metal content. Medallion is in very good condition without tarnish. Chain is slightly tarnished. See photos. Chain measures 22 inches long and medallion is approximately 3 inches long.
