Vintage Fall Blouse

Gorgeous blouse with very lovely neck tie detail that can be worn a few ways. No tag, it was removed, but very nice stiching and excellent vintage condition. Feels like it is likely polyester or blend, silky fabric! Fits me a bit oversized and loose and I am true medium! #vintage #lucyandyak
