Batwing sleeves Shoulder pads Cougar has beads for whiskers and rhinestone eyes Contrasting waistband Ties at waist ***please note the seam is ripped at waist (see close-up pictures)—-it is ripped, but, once it’s tied, it should look fine**** Measured as a flat lay.
