This vintage piece from the very early 90s is from Express. Sheer black background with patchwork across the front -- polka dots, lace, and a variety of florals! Fun mother-of-pearl-like buttons down the front and on the cuffs. Oversized. Tagged a large. Would look so, so cute worn open over a tank and cutoff jean shorts or over wide-leg pants with a bodycon tank or t-shirt.
