Vintage? Express floral mini skirt

Thrifted! No visible rips or stains that I could find. It’s marked as dry clean only and I’m pretty sure the previous owner shrunk it, because it’s marked as a 5/6 but fits more like a 0/2. Offers welcome! Please see pics for measurements.
