Vintage Y2K Express handkerchief skirt. 100% silk. Blue and pink dainty floral print. Bandana style v-shaped hem. Lightweight. Back zipper enclosure. Size 7/8. Preowned in good condition. Previously owned and worn by me. I worked at Express in the late 90s early 2000s and this dress is from that era. Still on style and looks high-end.
