Vintage Express black and white floral a line dress

Vintage Express button down a line dress. Tag says Compagnie Internationale Express. Puff sleeves, gorgeous black floral buttons and a black, white and purplish gray floral print. Fits size small to medium, I included pictures of when I wore. I was a size 4/6 at the time.
