The tag says "Compagnie Internationale Express". I don't know if this is Express as we know it, from Italy or something entirely different. I can tell you, it's fierce as hell. It would not be out of place at a music festival, a warm summer day, Berkeley, New York city or the country. Can be worn with or without an undershirt but your stomach will show without one, but it's very sexy while not being trashy in the slightest. 100% rayon

sayascott You're right! Late 80s to 90s incarnation of today's Express, a spinoff from The Limited. I'm hunting down a beloved poet blouse from 1994ish and this is not it, but soooo close. If I can't find it, I may be back to buy this worthy replacement instead. Thanks for sharing your closet and the trip down Fashion Memory Lane!
