Vintage Evans Table Top Metal Riding Boot 8 Inch Tall Not Working

This lighter is pre-owned and in very worn condition. It has a lot of paint wear. It does not work and comes as is. Please see all photos for exact item.  This lighter is approximately 8" tall, 5" long and 1 1/2" wide. It weighs just over 2 lbs.
