Vintage Evan Picone cocktail dress.

Lovingly Used. Great condition. Very comfortable to wear. Soft stretchy bodice. Slip lined skirt with a little bit of "fish netting" to give it some flare. Size 10, but I wore it when I was a size 8. 38c bust at 190 pounds and fits great. A bit loose in the waist to be flattering, but there's the belt that does the job.
