Vintage Evan Picone Red 90s Cocktail Dress

The cutest party dress by Evan Picone!! Gives me main character out of a rom com in the 90s/2000s vibes. The satin diamond detail at the waist is so fun. There are shoulder pads in the dress but they can be removed. Zipper closure up the back of dress. Marked size 10, but since it’s vintage I would say probably more suited for an 8!
