Vintage Evan Picone Navy Blue Button Up Size 10

This is a very nice button up by Evan Picone. Vintage from late 70s. It features a cotton puff / dandelion print with ruffle at the neck. Good used condition with no major flaws. Size 10 measures approximately: 42 inches at bust, 23.5 inches arm, 27 inches long and 35 inches at the shoulder.
