Vintage Evan Picone Blouse

Romantic vintage blouse with ruffled collar & cuffs & gathered sleeves by Evan Picone for Lord and Taylor. Has fabric loops that fasten over buttons down the front & on the cuffs. ILGWU tag puts it in the 1970’s era. No fabric tag but feels like high quality polyester, silk or maybe a poly-silk blend. Colors are light copper & cream. In flawless condition. Vintage sizing runs a bit small. Measured while flat Underarms 20 1/2” Sleeves 26” Neck to hem 25 1/2” Should fit a 38-40” bust. Very Pretty!
