What are the measurements, bust, sleeves, length, etc.?

@sioux_w shoulder to shoulder 15 1/2 in, top of jacket to bottom measured 28 in and sleeves are 24 in long

Would you say this fits smaller than a size 12? It seems as it does. Would you say it is best for a size medium?
