Vintage Ethnic Statement Necklace

This is a jaw dropper! Hand wrought silver metal. Each metal bead and rope was done individually I believe the blue diamonds are carved dyed celluloid/bakelite Hook and ring clasp Measures: 22 inches long Diamond plates measure 2 inch long by two 1 1/2 wide. The large diamond plate measures 2 1/2 long by 2 inches wide. I cannot find a makers mark or stamp.
