Vintage Etchec Flower Fine Glass 2 handle Footed Dessert Flared 8" Bowl. This looks like a Heisey Piece but not sure. Lovely pattern of flower fines throughout. Flowing scalloped rim with flowing scalloped handles. Ribbed round footing. Approx: 8 1/2" from handle to handlex 2 1/4" T weighing 1 Pound.
