Vintage Enamel Whistle Charm Works

Fun vintage whistle charm with a rose under clear enamel on gold tone. It's very tiny -- just 1/2" long -- but it actually makes a slight high pitched whistle when you blow on it! The rose looks pixelated under magnification so it must be some kind of decal, not hand painted. Whistle is unmarked and in great vintage condition with no issues.
