Emil Grilli of Shrewsbury devoted his life to sculpting statues of bronze and painting landscapes, but his true passion was allowing others to enjoy his artwork. Grilli was an apprentice in sculpture under William Sevears while studying art at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. His work is also shown at the Vicolo Gomma Gallery in Rimini, Italy.
