raninmyheart @sylvia209 if you accepted the item when it came or waited until past the 3 days and did not file a complaint I don't know that u will be able to do anything to her or not. I doubt it. You can contact posh support about it and see if that helps. I'm sorry someone did that to you you have to be careful who you deal with some are not very nice.
