Vintage Embroidered Indian Bag with Bamboo Handles

This is a gorgeous piece! I got it years ago and only used it once. It's from India but I don't know what the material is. (It feels like silk but I can't promise that.) The handles seem to be bamboo. The last pics have the most true colors - hot pink/fuschia with gold embroidery and forest green inserts and stitching. Item# 4824
