Vintage Embellished Sweater

Really Vintage Embellished Sweater - probably 60's. Odd button configuration - they are all mother of pearl, but some are darker, and some are lighter. Looks like all the beading is there. There are two snags in the back. Check out the Wikipedia page as far as Ban-Lon - synthetic fiber created mid 50's, etc. So synthetic fiber - super soft. No location tags but it is registered with the US Patent Office. Collar - 17 (buttoned up), pit to pit - 21 (fabric at rest), back collar to hem - 22.
