@reillydarby hi the poor owner is 171/2in and yes there is a very light padding in the shoulders, more for like shape I would say it's not like the padding you see from the 80's. less visible but I can definitely feel the light pads. would you like a picture with the measurement? I could also take a picture with it on of that is helpful
