Vintage Ellen Tracy Chocolate Brown Velvet Edwardian Blazer

This could be good for either vintage lovers or someone needing a costume piece for a Victorian or Edwardian look. Chocolate brown velvet with puffed sleeves, black piping and black buttons. Vintage size 10 which is probably now a size 6. Condition is decent, this is an older piece. Some of the button loops are frayed. Made in the USA with an ILGWU (International Ladies Garment Worker Union) tag, probably from the 90s. Length 22” Waist 15” Pit to pit 17” Shoulder to shoulder 15.5” Always kept and worn in an environment without pets or smoke.
