Vintage Elie Tahari pleated black skirt

Vintage Elie Tahari Full pleated skirt with brown velvet ribbon along the waist. Zip up back. Fully lined. Kind of wrinkly right now but in otherwise excellent condition. Two pockets! The materials tag is pretty worn out, but I believe it says the Shell is a wool blend, lining is polyester. Waist: 30” (not much give, either) Length: 20.5”
