This is a vintage Elgin American cigarette holder with a lighter attached. It's from the 40s or 50s. it's metal as an emblem thing in the edge out in the front with cross like diamond pattern on the front. It has some scratching on the back. It's got a lock that locks it the lighter lights up when you close. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have thank you.
