Vintage Elf Pixie Bell w/plastic face, Felt outfit and brass colored metal bell

Super Cute little vintage elf/pixie bell. He has a green felt outfit with white pipe cleaners for trim on hat & outfit. His face is plastic with elf ears. He has a clear jewel on his belly. There are some spots were the felt is missing and the bell does haven some rust on it. Still nice vintage piece. See pictures for measurements.
