This vintage glass figurine made by Elena Graure in Germany is signed and has 24k gold chips in the necklace area, and 24k gold paint on the hat. The classic glass head top is her signature design. It has never been used as a perfume bottle, only displayed in a glass cabinet. There is one chip at the top of the neck/opening.
