Vintage Elegant and Unique Gown or Prom Dress

This dress is a cool find. Vintage for sure with machine sewn edges inside but not finished. I believe this dress to be from the 80s but difficult to tell since it is in perfect condition is is well constructed. No odd smells. The top is a black velvet material with scalloped edges along the bodice with pleated puff sleeves, but not overly puffy, and the back features a low swooping back with the scalloped accent. The bottom of the gown is an off white tulle with an inner lining. A pink floral brooch is removable and was found with the dress. Could be worn today and still look beautiful. Size 9-10 and appears to be true to size, but vintage sizes tend to be on the smaller side. Approximate Measurements (taken in inches with item laid flat) Bust: 16 Waist: 13 1/2 Length: 45 1/2
