EdnaLite Duraklad Coated +1 Close-up Lens with EdnaLite Precision Filter Adapter Series 5 #508. Included is the box and instruction sheet as pictured. Per the box, fits "ROLLEI F:3.5, AIRESFLEX F:3.5, BAYONET, ETC.". This lens and adapter are from the 1950s but appear like new other than needing cleaning, particularly the bayonet end of the adapter. The box shows some wear and tear commensurate with age. Made in USA by EdnaLite Optical Company, Peekskill, NY.
