Vintage Early 2000 90s Star Baby Blue Rhinestone Barrette. Bought from iconic 90s boutique on Melrose Avenue called Red Balls on Fire, this is an authentic piece of late 90s hair jewelry. Sky blue was the hot color those days, matched my Hard Candy Sky Nails. Good condition,  no missing stones. Barrette on back has original glue. This is not a repair this is how it was made.
