Made in Taiwan. 97% cotton 3% rayon Good pre-owned condition. Yellow discoloration in several areas, most obvious on the breast pocket. The white plastic rings that are part of the buttons have come off the front buttons. There's a seersucker look to it, perhaps the floral lines have shrunk a little, making the gingham pucker.
