Vintage ELSAL Inc Baby Blue Silver Plated Baby Shoes Picture Frame 2 1/2" x 3"

This picture frame is BRAND NEW and has never been used. As you can see it does show some ware from age in the sticker tag area but there are no cracks or marks. Please see pics to verify.
