Cream background with large blue, pink, mauve and tan flowers with green leaves/tendrils. Sweetheart neckline with mother of pearl buttons that stop 13" from hem. Multiple panels create a flowing skirt. Back waist tie. Sleeves are a short dolman. Shoulder pads are stitched down. Made in the USA. Dry clean only. Excellent, pre-owned condition.
