Vintage EAPG clear glass double handled bowl, dish, spooner

Antique EAPG clear glass double handle dish, bowl. No makers mark, per eapgs.net it's made by Lancaster Glass #502 North Star, Stippled Fan pattern introduced in 1913. Double handles opposite each other, originally an open sugar bowl or a spooner. It's heavy and old, has visible inclusions in the glass such as bubbles and creases, no chips or cracks. So pretty and it still sparkles! See pics for measurements.
