The most fab Vintage E. Land Green, Navy, White, and Yellow Plaid Tartan Skirt with Black Crinoline under layer! Punk, 1980s. Size tag notes a 12 (little girls) but this was photographed on my size 4 mannequin and fit like a glove. Waist measurement is 24” so could work for a small waisted woman too! New with tags 💚💙
