Vintage Dynasty Watch Lucite Swiss Blue Dial No Band NOT Working

This watch belonged to me in the 1970's. It had a white band that long since disintegrated. There is NO band. I was able to wind, but does NOT run. Blue dial. Clear case. Just located in a box as we prepare to move to warmer and less taxed climes. Please look at all the photos and ask any questions before you buy. I try to describe everything the best I can.
