Gorgeous royal blue silk dress with long sleeves, buttoned at the cuffs. Vintage label! Collar and cuffs are red silk. V-neck with detachable blue and red silk ties. Removable blue belt with buckle worn over elastic waist. Pockets at the waist! Small lighter patch at the right breast, noted in photo.
