It was originally called “Early American Lace Glass” and later called simply “Duncan Sandwich”.  It is known as the best made and highest quality glass of all the brands that made Sandwich Pattern Glass! The pattern consists of lacy swirls of scrolls and was a very popular pattern for Duncan & Miller in the 1950’s.
