I love how its an 1980s Dress in a 1920’s Style, pretending to be victorian. I love the drop Waist and Pleating with the side tie. Beautiful Lace Cameos with Dainty Pink Flowers adorn the neckline. It also has light shoulder pads. There are a few places of staining on this dress, on pleating, sleeve and belt( examples shown in pics) Its a Romantic Victorian Feeling Dress with a Retro Flapper Vibe.
