Vintage Dressy Top Size 12 Red, Navy, & White Floral Stripes

Vintage Arabella Blake brand red, navy blue, and white colored blouse in size 12 (large) with shoulder pads. 100% polyester (it feels silky), cap sleeves, 4 buttons on left shoulder. Pattern is flowers and stripes - bold and bright. No rips or stains. I washed it in my unscented detergent, but there's still a musty smell. It belonged to my grandma and was in storage.
