Vintage Dress Blue and Green Pattern

Vintage dress with a beautiful blue and green pattern. Half sleeves, tie detail under the chest, and zipper at the back. There is no brand or material tag, and it's possible this was hand made! Gently used vintage condition. There are tiny belt loops at the waist (as pictured) which may indicate that it had an accompanying belt at one time. I don't have a belt for it though. There is no size tag, but based on below measurements I'm estimating this is roughly a modern day size small. Measures: 19" pit to pit 39" long down center of back
