Vintage Dress 70's or 80's

My grandmother wore this for one of my uncles weddings. Either in the 70's or 80's. Beautiful mauve color. Has hook closure on wrist. There is a tag in the dress. But please see pics for measurements as sizing has changed over the years. This dress has some stains on the front. See pics. I did not try to get them out. Selling as is.
