This Liz Claiborne dress is very darling and so well made. The print is graphic jars and urns. Really cute. The cute is flattering with a long flowy skirt. No belt. This is a great dress. Dark brown and white rayon. Elastic waist stretches out to 15" flat. Shoulder to waist is 16.5", waist to hem is 35". Pit to pit is 19"
